Every trim with its payment, due at signing, term, and Hunter Score already set. The money factor and every fee are open right on the page.
Hunter Lease lists 321 live Volkswagen in California, with entry payments from $360 a month across the Tiguan, Taos and Jetta. Every deal is a specific VIN priced from verified Volkswagen Credit programs: the payment, the money factor and the drive-off sit on the page before you sign anything. You can browse all of it without an account and without a credit check, and the Hunter Score on each card tells you how strong the deal itself is.
Curated and reviewed by Azat Cutliahmetov, licensed California auto broker #21138Hunter Lease is a licensed California marketplace, and this page is the Volkswagen slice of it. What you get here is every Volkswagen we currently have as a real, VIN-specific lease, priced from Volkswagen Credit programs rather than a generic advertised figure.
The lineup on offer is focused: the Tiguan compact SUV in its new generation, the Taos subcompact SUV, and the Jetta compact sedan. Tiguan and Taos can be had with 4MOTION all-wheel drive; the Jetta is front-wheel drive.
This set is the three of them. If you need a battery-electric Volkswagen, the ID.4 is in the catalog, 7 cars from $545 a month; if you need a third row, that is the Atlas, 61 cars from $520. Everything else on the deal, the payment, the money factor, the drive-off and the Hunter Score, is on the card before you commit.
Tiguan, from $361 a month across 155 cars. The new-generation Tiguan is the roomier compact SUV of the three, the pick if you want space for a family, a bigger cargo area and the option of 4MOTION all-wheel drive for winter trips or rain. It is not the one to chase if you want the entry payment; the Taos usually sits lower.
Taos, from $360 a month across 17 cars. The Taos is the subcompact SUV, smaller and typically a lower payment than the Tiguan, and it is also offered with 4MOTION. It suits one person or a couple who want a raised seating position and a hatch without stepping up to Tiguan money. If you regularly carry three rows of people, neither VW SUV here does that.
Jetta, from $361 a month across 37 cars. The Jetta is the compact sedan and the front-wheel-drive option, a sensible commuter with a real trunk and generally the lower running cost of a sedan. It is not for you if you specifically want all-wheel drive or SUV ground clearance, since the Jetta offers neither.
A lease payment is built from a few numbers, and we show them instead of hiding them. The residual is what Volkswagen Credit expects the car to be worth at the end of the term, so you are financing the gap between the selling price and that residual, not the whole car. The money factor is the lease's version of an interest rate.
Because each deal is tied to one VIN, the program behind it is the real Volkswagen Credit program for that car, term and mileage, not an average. If a car has no current program that we can stand behind, it is not shown here.
The drive-off is the cash due at signing, and it is listed on the card so there is no surprise at the counter. California lease tax is charged on the monthly payment rather than the full price of the car, and that tax is already folded into the payment you see, so the all-in monthly is the number you actually plan around.
Leasing tends to mean a lower monthly and a fixed term, since you are paying for the part of the car you use rather than buying it outright. It fits a driver who likes a newer Volkswagen every few years, stays within a set mileage, and wants the payment predictable. The trade is that you hand the car back and do not build ownership.
Financing costs more per month but the car becomes yours, which makes sense if you keep vehicles a long time or drive high mileage that a lease would penalize. On a Jetta especially, where the payment gap is smaller, buying can be the calmer long-term math.
Many Volkswagen deals here can be run either way, and the page shows the lease side plainly so you can compare it against a finance quote with the same numbers in front of you.
A new Volkswagen carries a New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, per the manufacturer warranty. Within that same term, the manufacturer warranty also covers the powertrain, so the engine and transmission are included inside those 4 years or 50,000 miles.
For most lease terms that means the car stays inside its factory coverage for the life of the lease, which is part of why a new lease keeps maintenance surprises low. Always confirm the exact terms in the manufacturer warranty booklet for the specific car, since coverage details and exclusions are defined there.
Not to browse. You can look at every Volkswagen, its payment, money factor and drive-off with no account and no credit check. An SSN is only needed when you decide to submit a credit application to Volkswagen Credit, because that is a real application. Approval is always the bank's decision, never something we promise.
Possibly. Volkswagen Credit looks at more than a single score, and thin or newer credit files are considered case by case. What we can do is show you real deals up front so nothing is a surprise. What we cannot do is promise an outcome, because the approval and the terms are decided by the bank, not by us.
The number on the card is the all-in monthly payment, with California lease tax already folded in. California charges lease tax on the monthly payment rather than the full price of the car, and that is built into the figure. The drive-off due at signing is listed separately on the same card, so both numbers are visible before you commit.
The Tiguan and the Taos are both offered with 4MOTION all-wheel drive, so if you want AWD for rain, snow or mountain trips, those are the two to filter for. The Jetta is front-wheel drive only. Neither of the three carries a third row and none is electric: for those the Volkswagen answers are the Atlas from $520 a month and the ID.4 from $545.
When a specific VIN is the one you want, a $95 service fee locks that deal and starts the paperwork. That $95 is a service fee, not a deposit: it is never credited toward the car's price, and it is refundable by request any time before you sign at the dealer. From there you complete the Volkswagen Credit application, and the bank makes its decision.
Lease payments move when the underlying program changes: Volkswagen Credit updates money factors, residuals and any lease cash on a schedule, and a specific VIN can sell. Because every deal here is tied to one real car and one live program, the page reflects the current program rather than an old quote, so a number can shift if the program behind it shifts.
The Hunter Score rates how strong a given deal is on its own terms, so you can compare two Volkswagen cards without doing the math by hand. It reads the deal, not your credit, and it is there to flag which listings are priced well relative to the rest. It is a guide to the deal quality, not a promise of approval or a substitute for reading the numbers yourself.
